Lady Envy is the daughter of the Elder God Draconus, creator of Dragnipur. She is a being of immense power, ancient lineage, and capricious temperament — combining deadly sorcery with a love of luxury, manipulation, and dramatic entrances. Her sister is Sister Spite, and the two have a rivalry that spans ages. In Memories of Ice she travels toward the Pannion Domin with a motley group including the Seguleh warriors and Toc the Younger, creating a devastating second front against the Seer's forces.

Lady Envy travels with Toc the Younger, the Seguleh (Mok, Senu, Thurule), and the undead wolves Baaljagg and Garath toward the Pannion Domin. Her sorcery and the Seguleh's martial prowess create a second front that forces the Seer to divide his attention. Her motives are characteristically opaque — ancient grudges, whimsy, and genuine menace in equal measure.

Lady Envy appears in Darujhistan, her presence adding to the convergence of powers in the city.
